Connect Google
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Business. Click Connect and authorize with your Google account. Laudy will pull in your existing reviews within 2 minutes.

Your current reviews appear in the dashboard. Any new Google reviews will sync within 15 minutes.
Add customers
Go to Contacts → Add Contact. Enter name and mobile number. Or use the Import button to upload a CSV from your CRM.

Click on any contact and hit "Request Review." Choose SMS or email, pick Google or Yelp, hit Send.
